How do I place an order?

Simply call our Surrey & London team 0208 106 1222 or our Sussex team on 01273 037 771 and we’ll talk you through the steps. Otherwise complete the online enquiry form below.

Payment can be made by the phone with a card or bank transfer with a minimum of a 50% deposit and full payment on collection or prior to delivery if requested.

Our hardware carries a 1 year guarantee, and our glazing has a 5 year guarantee as standard.

We re open Monday -Friday 07.00 -17:00 and Saturday 07.30 – 13.00.

A delivery service is available but a delivery charge maybe applicable depending on the order value and location.

Mitcham in South London and Crawley in West Sussex, 5 minutes from Gatwick.

White In & Out, Anthracite In & Out, Anthracite Out & White In

London, Surrey, Kent and Sussex. All other home counties are covered but for a collection service only.

The express service applies to standard square and rectangle frames, other styles for example shaped and circle are available with extended lead times.
